Right People to Right Work
In Auto Windshields, we believe in right people to be assigned on the right work to achieve both aesthetical and engineering expectations. Each of our staff is classified according to their skill level and only allowed to handle the reinstatement work according to their skill level.

The windscreen repair skill classification:

WINDSCREEN REPAIR SKILL
Learner	Successfully Repair at least 30 damages on sample glass.
Level 1	Successfully Repair at least 100 damages on vehicles.
Level 2	Successfully Repair at least 500 damages on vehicles.
Level 3	Successfully Repair at least 1000 damages on vehicles.

The windscreen replacement skill classification:

WINDSCREEN REPLACEMENT SKILL
L	Learner Stage, not allowed to handle any replacement independently.
TN01	Can handle replacement for Class D vehicle independently, and assist in handling class C & B vehicle.
TN02	Can handle replacement for Class C vehicle independently, and assist in handling class B & A vehicle.
TN03	Can handle replacement for Class B vehicle independently, and assist in handling class A & A+ vehicle.
ST01	Can handle replacement for Class A vehicle independently, and assist in handling class A+ & S vehicle.
ST02	Can handle replacement for Class A+ vehicle independently, and assist in handling class S vehicle.
ST03	Can handle replacement for any types of vehicle independently.
